What you can expect!

The Calm Confident Connected Urban Retreat initiates a series of weekly yoga sessions focused on helping you to reclaim the power over your life and wellbeing.


The initial workshop provides you a safe and loving space where you can have a deep look into the different areas of your life and identify possible imbalances. Being conscious about where you are at is the first step on your path of creating positive changes in your life!


The weekly sessions following the initial workshop will then help you to slowly create the changes you truly aim for in your life by roadblocks and adapting new patterns. Each month we focus on another area of your life, working with different elements like yoga, meditation and other mindfulness tools and exercises combined with beautiful feminine elements and rituals.


This is so much more than just another yoga class and you deserve to be part of it!!!
